I forgot to say what a great website the New Smyrna Beach Bikram has. I especially love the "students of the month" idea. I get a lot of energy from reading about people who have started the yoga and felt it change their life. I don't think it matters if you lose 80 lbs or just feel a sense of peace that you never felt before when you go to class but it is all healing and important. It helps me to smile and try to pass along my peaceful feeling!
